Glass bottle – medicine bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional and elegant packaging for cosmetic formulations that require hygienic and controlled dosing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and integrated dispenser, it is suitable for filling liquid, gel and cream products where precise application, protection of the structure and minimisation of air contact with the contents are important. The smoky top gives the packaging a modern appearance and helps create premium packaging suitable for smaller batches, testers as well as final products.
This medicine bottle with dispenser is designed to handle standard cosmetic creams, lighter emulsions and gel textures. For very thick, butter-like formulations we recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking the smoothness of dosing so that you can be sure the consistency of the product is fully compatible with this type of packaging.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the dosing part, in order to prevent microbial contamination and any unwanted reactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol 1 l or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l, and it is important to let all parts of the packaging dry completely after treatment.
It is advisable first to disassemble the dispenser into its individual parts according to the possibilities of the specific system and rinse them in warm water with a suitable cleaning agent intended for cosmetic packaging. We then recommend thoroughly rinsing with clean water, allowing to dry and finally disinfecting using an alcohol solution. When cleaning, avoid aggressive chemicals or sharp tools that could damage the sealing and affect the tightness or function of the pump.

In this way you can easily choose a bottle, medicine bottle, jar or other container that will best correspond to your specific formulation and intended method of use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing product residues before disposal. The method of sorting and recycling depends on the material stated in the parameter table for the product. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the appropriate glass recycling container, while the plastic parts of the dispenser may belong in sorted plastic waste, if local waste sorting rules allow it. Always follow local recommendations for recycling packaging materials.
