10 ml glass vial with black and gold spray pump is an elegant and functional packaging designed for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to high‑quality glass and a precise sprayer, it is suitable for filling cosmetic formulations that require hygienic, convenient and economical application to the skin or into the air. The darker glass also helps reduce light penetration to more sensitive components, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of the contents.
This vial is offered on Handymade as a complete packaging with sprayer, with the spray mechanism adapted to the given neck type and volume for reliable and convenient use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the final product will be stable, safe and comfortable to use.

Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and sprayer, mechanically cleaning them from any impurities and then disinfecting them. In practice, it has proven effective to use a suitable alcohol‑based disinfectant, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. On Handymade you will find, for example, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% plant‑based denatured ethanol, which are suitable for disinfecting clean, dry packaging surfaces before filling. After disinfection, allow the packaging and sprayer to dry completely in a clean, dust‑free place.
Yes, the glass vial with sprayer can be reused if handled appropriately and hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the entire packaging – the glass body and the spray mechanism – must be carefully cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% plant‑based denatured ethanol. We recommend repeated use only if the packaging is mechanically undamaged, dosing is smooth and there are no signs of wear that could affect the safety or quality of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it according to the material types listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial should, after thorough emptying, be sorted into the glass container, while the plastic and metal parts of the sprayer belong, according to local rules, in the sorted plastic waste or in mixed waste if they cannot be separated. Before handing over for recycling, it is ideal to rinse the packaging and remove any product residues to facilitate the subsequent processing steps at the recycling facility.
The vial with fine sprayer is ideal for liquid, low‑viscosity preparations that are intended to be applied as a mist or spray. Suitable examples include facial toners, hydrolats, refreshing sprays for face and body, hair tonics, aromatic and pillow sprays, hand disinfectant solutions and light conditioning solutions. For thicker or oil‑based formulations, we always recommend carrying out your own dosing test to verify that the sprayer provides a continuous spray without clogging and dripping.
