10 ml glass bottle with white-silver spray pump is a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for delicate liquid formulations that require precise and hygienic dosing in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the high-quality glass and integrated mechanical spray pump, it is suitable for modern cosmetic formulations as well as the professional portfolio of smaller brands.
This type of dropper bottle allows comfortable application of aqueous and slightly viscous preparations directly onto the skin or into the air without direct contact with the contents. The glass material ensures the stability of the stored components and helps to maintain the final formulation in the desired quality throughout the entire period of use.
This glass bottle with spray pump is ready for direct use as a complete dispensing set. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the selected packaging works optimally with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refilling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting both the bottle and the spray pump to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. To disinfect the internal surfaces and the dispensing mechanism, you can use for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After treatment, allow the packaging and the spray pump to dry completely before refilling with the final product.
The spray pump is designed primarily for low-viscosity liquids, such as aqueous solutions, hydrolats, alcohol-based preparations and very light emulsions. Thick creams, gels or high-viscosity oils can reduce dosing comfort or completely clog the spray pump. For new formulations, we therefore always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the uniformity of the spray pattern, the back suction and the reliability of the mechanism during prolonged use.
The glass container should first be rinsed with a suitable residual solvent (for example water or alcohol, depending on the type of original contents), then washed with a mild detergent, thoroughly rinsed and left to dry. We recommend repeatedly spraying clean water through the spray pump, followed by an alcohol-based disinfectant solution. For the final disinfection of the internal surfaces, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in a clean, dust-free place.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information in the parameter table on the product page. The glass part usually belongs in the container designated for glass, while the plastic spray pump should be separated and sorted according to the type of plastic specified in the packaging parameters. Before placing it in separate collection, it is advisable to rinse the bottle and remove product residues so that recycling is as efficient as possible. The exact sorting method may differ according to local waste collection rules, so it is advisable to check the recommendations of your local recycling centre or municipality.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the clear filter, you can sort the packaging by neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly narrow down the selection to only those bottles, jars or pots that meet the requirements of your formulation. We recommend first defining the main parameters (for example the required volume and material) and then fine-tuning details such as the closure type or dosing method.
