The glass dropper bottle with black aluminum cap represents a professional packaging solution designed for precise and hygienic filling of liquid preparations, serums and concentrated formulations. The compact glass container is ideal for products where controlled dosing, protection of the contents and aesthetic presentation in a minimalist design are important.
Durable glass in combination with a high-quality aluminum closure helps protect liquid and slightly viscous products against external influences and minimizes the risk of contamination during everyday use. This type of dropper bottle is suitable for smaller volumes of concentrated blends where high packaging stability, reliable sealing and a professional appearance of the final product are required.
Glass dropper bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprays or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verifying the sealing, dosing method and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that the final product is safe, stable and user-friendly.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and the effect on the stability of the new product by residues of the previous filling.
We recommend first mechanically rinsing the glass part with warm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with potable water and allowing it to dry. After drying, it is advisable to spray or rinse the inner surface with alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and let it evaporate. Clean the aluminum cap gently, without aggressive and abrasive agents, so as not to damage the surface or the seal. Before filling, always make sure that all parts are dry and free from residues of cleaning agents.
The bottle is particularly suitable for concentrated cosmetic formulations such as facial serums, oil elixirs, oil-soluble active substances, aromatherapeutic blends and test batches of products, where precise dosing in small amounts is important. Thanks to the glass material, it is also suitable for preparations where better chemical resistance of the packaging is desirable compared to common plastics. Before final implementation, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify the compatibility of the specific formula with the packaging and the chosen type of closure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed in the container intended for glass after removing any product residues. The aluminum cap should be separated and placed in the collection for metal packaging or according to the locally valid sorting system. Before recycling, empty the packaging and, if possible, rinse it to minimize product residues in the sorted waste.
