Brown glass bottle in pharmaceutical vial design represents a professional packaging suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, extracts, oils or concentrated solutions where protection of the sensitive contents is important. The brown glass helps protect the fill from the effects of light, which makes the packaging suitable also for products with increased sensitivity to external influences. In combination with a white-gold glossy dispenser, the bottle looks aesthetic, representative and is ideal for brands that place emphasis on the appearance of the packaging as well as on a functional way of dosing.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). When developing and filling new products, it is also appropriate to verify the longer-term stability of the packaging with the given formula under real storage conditions.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly when hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the vial and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection let the packaging and the dispenser dry completely and only then fill them again.
First remove the residues of the original product by rinsing with a suitable medium (for example warm water with a mild detergent, if it is compatible with the original fill). Then rinse the pharmaceutical vial thoroughly so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After mechanical cleaning, apply disinfection, for example with izopropylalkoholom or etanolom, and let all parts dry completely in a clean and dust-free place. For the dispenser we additionally recommend testing the functionality after reassembly and before the final filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials used, which are listed in the parameter table for the product. The glass part can usually be placed, after removing the remaining contents, into the container intended for glass. The dispenser may contain a combination of plastic and metal components, so recycle it according to the local rules for waste separation (typically plastic/metal or mixed waste if it is not possible to separate the components). Before handing over the packaging and dispenser to sorted waste, we recommend removing product residues so that the recycling process is not disrupted.
The vial with integrated dispenser is particularly suitable for facial and eye serums, targeted treatment solutions, lighter oil or water-based formulations and other products for which precise dosing and minimisation of finger contact with the contents are important. Thanks to the darker glass it is also suitable for formulations with increased sensitivity to light, provided they are compatible with the given type of glass and dispenser. Before final implementation of the packaging we recommend testing the stability of the specific formula under real storage conditions.
To choose a suitable packaging you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to this you can easily display only those bottles, vials, jars or pots that meet the requirements of your product and the filling technology.
