Glass vial with dispenser for creams is a practical and aesthetic packaging for carefully formulated cosmetic preparations. Thanks to its precise dispensing mechanism, it enables hygienic and controlled application of products without unnecessary contact with air or fingers. The transparent glass makes visual inspection of the contents easier and gives a premium impression in both home and professional cosmetic production.
The dispensing vial is designed primarily for cream and emulsion preparations with standard cosmetic viscosity. Before finally including it in your range for sale, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing to verify smooth pumping and complete closing with your specific formula.
Before filling, it is advisable to clean the vial mechanically, remove dust and impurities and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfecting the inner surface, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade, for example the products available on Handymade: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Allow the packaging to dry thoroughly before filling.
Yes, the glass vial is suitable for repeated use with gentle handling, provided that you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing mechanism must be cleaned as thoroughly as possible, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example using the preparations IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the stability of your cosmetic products.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it for separate collection according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. After cleaning off product residues, place the glass part of the vial into a container for glass. The dispensing head and any plastic parts should be separated and sorted according to the type of plastic indicated on the packaging marking or handed in at a collection yard. Follow local waste-sorting rules so that the material can be recycled effectively.
