Plastic medicine bottle made from brown material is a practical container for professional and home use, ideal especially for various liquid and partially viscous formulations. The dark design of the packaging helps to limit the impact of light on the contents, which is advantageous for light-sensitive products and contributes to longer stability of the final product. Thanks to high-quality workmanship, the bottle provides a reliable and hygienic way of packaging, storing and dispensing cosmetic or functional mixtures.
The bottle on its own is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the chosen product parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators for more comfortable application. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation), so that the final product is reliable throughout its entire period of use.

The container can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, especially within your own production or when decanting the same type of product. However, before each new filling it is necessary to clean the medicine bottle thoroughly and disinfect it with a suitable alcohol, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new filling.
Before repeated use we recommend first rinsing the container with a suitable cleaning agent or with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing it several times with clean water and allowing it to dry thoroughly. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the interior and the areas in contact with the contents with alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol from the Handymade range) and let it air out again. This procedure helps to reduce the risk of residues of the previous product as well as microbial load.
If you decide not to reuse the container, it is advisable first to empty it and remove any product residues. Then follow the information about the type of material given in the product parameters. According to the relevant recycling symbol, sort the container into the appropriate plastics container, or according to local waste management rules. Separate closures and any accessories should be recycled separately if they have different material markings. In this way you support efficient processing of packaging and its return to the recycling cycle.
