Plastic bottle – pharma bottle with smooth dispenser is a practical and functional packaging for various liquid preparations, emulsions and solutions where controlled dosing and clean application are important. Thanks to a suitably chosen shape and material, it provides stable protection of the contents and comfortable handling during everyday use in both home and professional production.
The packaging is designed to allow precise dosing without unnecessary spillage or contamination of the product. The smooth dispenser is suitable for cosmetic as well as technical formulations where a small amount of product needs to be applied directly to the desired area. The plastic pharma bottle is light, resistant to normal handling and represents a reliable solution for modern, safe and hygienic packaging.
The standalone plastic pharma bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the e-shop. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators to achieve the optimal mode of use for the specific product.
The packaging and cap combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – focus on sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the particular formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

Yes, the packaging is designed to handle various types of liquid cosmetic preparations – from thin solutions to slightly viscous emulsions. However, before final deployment for a specific product, we recommend carrying out your own filling and dosing test to verify whether the selected dispenser provides comfortable application at the given viscosity and composition of the formulation.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps minimise the risk of microbial contamination and deterioration of the stability of the new fill.
For cleaning, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, avoiding aggressive chemicals and abrasive sponges that could scratch the surface. After washing, rinse the packaging thoroughly, let it dry completely and only then apply disinfection. The plastic material should not be exposed to high temperatures, so do not wash the packaging in a dishwasher and do not boil it, in order to prevent deformation or weakening of the structure.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product. First, empty the bottle and, if possible, rinse out any remaining contents. Then sort it into the appropriate container for plastic waste, according to local recycling regulations. In this way, you contribute to reducing waste and to the efficient recovery of packaging materials.
