The plastic bottle in a black glossy finish represents a modern, reliable and practical packaging solution for various liquid and semi-liquid preparations, ideal for both professional and home use. The opaque dark finish helps reduce the exposure of the contents to light, which is particularly advantageous for sensitive formulations that require better protection against external influences. In combination with a disc top cap, it allows convenient, controlled dispensing without the need to completely unscrew the cap, thereby supporting clean and efficient application of the product.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a practical disc top cap, which facilitates precise and convenient dispensing of liquids. The packaging and cap combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection we recommend the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the shelf life of the contents.
For routine cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing the bottle thoroughly and allowing it to dry completely. Before refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging using an alcohol solution that will reduce the microbial load on the internal surface. Do not use rough abrasive sponges or aggressive cleaning chemicals that could damage the surface of the packaging or leave undesirable residues. After disinfection, allow the container and cap to air out and only then refill them with the product.
The disc top cap is designed to allow convenient dosing of liquid and semi-liquid products. It is excellent for cosmetic preparations such as shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, body milks or lighter oil blends. For very thick formulations, dispensing may be slower, so we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific product in the selected packaging in advance. Testing will help verify whether the viscosity is suitable for this type of cap and whether the dosing corresponds to the intended mode of use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. Before handing it over for recycling, empty the bottle, rinse out any product residues and, if necessary, separate the container and cap. Then place them in the appropriate sorted waste stream according to the material type indicated for the product on the Handymade website. By recycling correctly, you help reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
