The plastic bottle with glossy spray pump represents an elegant yet practical packaging solution for a wide range of liquid formulations. Thanks to precise manufacturing and high-quality material, it is suitable for filling cosmetic products, mild cleaning solutions and other products where even and convenient application via a spray pump is important. The dark, opaque design helps protect more sensitive contents from light, which supports the stability of selected active ingredients during storage and use.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for further use.
First, we recommend rinsing the packaging with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing it thoroughly with clean water. After drying, it is advisable to spray or rinse the inner surface and parts of the spray pump with disinfecting alcohol (for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based). Afterwards, all parts must be allowed to dry completely at room temperature in order to avoid dilution of, or impact on, your formulation by residual water or alcohol.
The plastic material used for this bottle is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures. Boiling, sterilisation with boiling water and washing in a dishwasher are not recommended, because at higher temperatures the packaging may gradually deform and its mechanical properties may change. For regular cleaning, manual washing combined with subsequent disinfection with alcohol at room temperature is suitable.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the bottle and rinse it as well as possible so that no residues of the original content remain. The plastic container is then sorted according to the recycling symbol specified in the product parameters – based on this you place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste. The spray pump and smaller plastic components can be recycled in the same way according to their material marking. If you are unsure about local rules, follow the recommendations of your waste collection service provider. By recycling instead of simply discarding, you help reduce the amount of plastic waste.

The spray pump is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity where a fine, even mist is required – for example facial and body sprays, hair toners, aromatherapeutic and interior blends or light cleaning solutions. Before filling thicker emulsions or oil blends, we recommend performing a trial filling to check the smooth operation of the spray pump and the appropriate droplet size during dosing.
