The plastic bottle with a glossy surface and black dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging solution for liquid preparations, especially in the field of modern cosmetics and personal care. Thanks to the shape and type of dispenser, the packaging is suitable for comfortable and controlled application of products where clean and precise dosing without unnecessary waste is important. The construction of the bottle is designed to support the professional appearance of the finished product while at the same time simplifying work during filling, storage and use in everyday practice.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). By following this procedure, you will verify that the packaging, dispenser and filled product work together reliably in both short-term and long-term use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed, however it is recommended to keep it for the same or a very similar type of product. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Disinfection helps to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and the impact on the stability of the final product.
First remove any residues of the original product and rinse the bottle with suitably warm water and a mild cleaning agent. Then allow the packaging to be thoroughly rinsed with clean water and dried. Before new filling, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface of the packaging and dispenser with an alcohol solution, for example IPA 99 % or 96 % denatured ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that no excess moisture enters the product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend reusing it where possible or placing it in sorted waste according to the material type specified in the product parameters. Before disposal, remove any remaining contents and, according to local rules for plastic sorting, place the individual parts (bottle body, pump, any separate components) into the appropriate container. By recycling, you help reduce the amount of waste and support the efficient use of material resources.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic formulations where precise dosing and comfortable application are important. In practice, it is often used for facial serums, light creams, body emulsions, hand cleansing gels or special preparations for hair and scalp. Before the final decision, we always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging, especially for products with a higher content of active or oily components.
