The plastic bottle with spray pump represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for various liquid preparations, especially where fine and even atomisation is required. Thanks to the combination of a rigid plastic body and a functional spray mechanism, it is ideal for filling cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary preparations for both home and professional production.
The packaging is designed to ensure reliable protection of the contents and convenient handling during everyday use. The integrated spray pump enables even dosing without the hands coming into contact with the internal contents, which helps to maintain hygiene and formulation stability during use. Thanks to the plastic material, the bottle is impact-resistant and also suitable for travel or use in the field.
This product is a combination of bottle and spray pump, which has been designed and tested as a functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. However, before every new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and rinse both the bottle and the spray pump, and then disinfect both parts with a suitable alcohol (for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the shelf life of your product.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal especially for low-viscosity liquids that need to be finely sprayed – for example face and body waters, hydrolats, hair sprays, deodorants, air fresheners, cleaning solutions or auxiliary solutions for hobby and craft work. For thicker emulsions and oil blends, it is always advisable to test in advance whether the chosen formulation passes smoothly through the spray pump and does not clog it.
After using up the contents, disassemble the bottle – separate the packaging body and the spray mechanism. Rinse the container thoroughly with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinse it several times with clean water. We recommend rinsing the spray pump by drawing clean water through the dip tube and spraying several times. After washing, allow all parts to dry naturally and, before the next filling, disinfect them with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material used, as indicated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for separate collection, empty the bottle and rinse out any product residues. If the bottle body and spray pump are made of different materials, it is advisable to separate them and place them in the appropriate containers according to local waste sorting rules. By recycling, you help to reduce the environmental burden associated with the production of new plastic packaging.
