The plastic bottle with sprayer represents a practical packaging for cosmetic as well as cleaning formulations where uniform, fine dispersion of the product is important. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a reliable sprayer, it is suitable for packaging liquids that require precise, dosed application directly to the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The opaque design of the bottle also helps to reduce exposure to light, which can contribute to better stability of more sensitive formulations.
The packaging is designed to be practical for filling, everyday use and transport. The sprayer creates an even mist, thereby reducing product consumption and improving user comfort. Thanks to the durable plastic material, the bottle is also suitable for travelling, for the bathroom, beauty salons or home workshops for making your own cosmetics.
This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a functional unit in which the container body is combined with a suitable dispensing element. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method, the uniformity of dispersion and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil phase, etc.).

The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or with 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and to preserve the quality of the filled cosmetics or other preparations.
To extend the service life of the packaging, we recommend, after emptying, rinsing out the contents with lukewarm water and a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent, and it is advisable to rinse the sprayer itself by actuating the mechanism with clean water. Avoid using very hot water, boiling or washing in a dishwasher so as not to deform the plastic or damage the spraying mechanism. After washing, allow all parts to dry freely at room temperature.
The bottle is ideal for aqueous solutions, hydrolats, toners, light oil mists, hair sprays and perfumed waters intended for direct spraying. For thicker emulsions or preparations with a high proportion of oil phase, we recommend first testing in a small amount whether the sprayer creates a uniform mist and whether clogging does not occur. In the case of cleaning and disinfecting solutions, it is advisable to ensure that the composition does not contain components that could in the long term degrade the plastic or the seals of the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it into sorted waste according to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Before handing it over to sorted waste, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to remove product residues. If the container and the sprayer are made of different materials, you can, depending on the possibilities of local collection, separate them (bottle body and mechanism) and place them in the appropriate containers. By recycling the packaging, you reduce the amount of waste and contribute to more sustainable use of packaging materials.
