The plastic bottle cap in black is a practical closure element designed to securely close bottles with a compatible thread. Suitably complements packaging for liquid products where a reliable seal and comfortable handling are important in normal use. The product parameters indicate cosmetic quality, which makes the closure suitable for products intended for the cosmetic segment.
Combinations of packaging and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend to perform your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, cosmetic quality is indicated in the product parameters. In practice, we always recommend testing the seal and compatibility of the cap with the specific formulation (especially for higher levels of perfumes, tensides or solvents).
Yes, the cap can be reused as long as hygiene principles are followed. We recommend that it is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before refilling - e.g. IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable ethanol are suitable choices. When reusing, also check that the cap is not damaged or deformed.
Ensure that the threads of both the bottle and the cap are clean and free of product residue, tighten the cap with adequate force and perform a brief seal test (e.g. by turning the bottle bottom up) before use. For more aggressive formulations, a longer compatibility test is recommended.
Store in a dry and clean environment. We recommend protecting the caps from dust and direct contamination so that they are ready for hygienic use when filled.
If you decide not to reuse the cap, we recommend recycling it. As it is a plastic packaging component, it usually belongs in the sorted plastics collection - however, please follow local rules and any material labelling on the product. Before recycling, empty the closure and rinse as necessary to remove product residue.
