The glass bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional, reusable packaging suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of thicker cosmetic formulations. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it is ideal for products where control of the amount and minimisation of contact of the contents with air and hands is important.
The packaging is designed to provide reliable protection for creams, serums or emulsions and at the same time to look aesthetically pleasing in both home and professional cosmetic production. The solid glass container in combination with a functional dispensing mechanism supports comfort in everyday use and contributes to the stability of the stored preparations.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of a glass bottle and cream dispenser, ready for direct use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. In practice, disinfection has proved effective for example using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the dispensing part to dry completely, and only then fill with the finished cream.
Yes, the bottle is suitable for repeated use, provided that you observe basic hygiene principles. After the contents have been used up, disassemble the packaging, wash the individual parts thoroughly, rinse them and before refilling disinfect them again, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the usability of your cosmetic products.
The dispenser should be cleaned with a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent and lukewarm water. After washing, pump clean water through the mechanism several times to remove cream residues from the internal parts. Then you can rinse the interior with a disinfectant solution and allow it to dry thoroughly. Avoid the use of high temperatures and mechanically forcing apart parts that are not designed to be dismantled.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be disposed of in the container designated for glass after any remaining contents have been removed. Plastic and metal components of the dispenser should be sorted into the appropriate bins according to local waste separation rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging in order to minimise the amount of cosmetic residues in the waste system.
