Glass bottle – transparent milky with a smoky top part represents an elegant and functional packaging for professional and home formulations of creams, serums and other cosmetics. The smooth surface and high-quality glass allow comfortable filling and dosing and at the same time ensure a stable environment for sensitive components. In combination with a suitable dispensing system, this bottle is an ideal choice for liquid, gel and thicker emulsion products that require precise and hygienic application.
This glass bottle is a standalone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical cream applicators) according to the parameters selected in the offer. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of reliable and safe use.

Yes, the bottle is suitable for light fluids, facial serums and thicker cream emulsions. The key is to choose the correct type of closure or dispenser that is intended for the specific viscosity of the product. Before final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling in order to verify the smoothness of dosing and the comfort of application.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly, remove residues of the previous product and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based product (for example using products available on Handymade: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Packaging prepared in this way is then suitable for refilling with a fresh formulation.
Before the first filling we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing it thoroughly with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with an alcohol solution, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. Carry out the disinfection in such a way that no residues of cleaning agent or water remain inside the container or on the closure thread, as these could affect the stability of your formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. The glass bottle can typically be sorted into the container designated for glass, while plastic or metal parts of the closures should be separated from the bottle and sorted according to their material. The exact way of classification into sorted waste is based on the material specification indicated in the product parameters on Handymade – follow the pictogram and the material information.
