The glass bottle with a milky, white-gold glossy dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging for liquid products that combines a professional appearance with precise dosing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the integrated dispenser, it is suitable for filling various cosmetic formulations where control of the amount during application and protection of the contents from contact with air and impurities are important. This type of packaging is ideal for liquid products, serums and preparations for which comfortable, hygienic and repeatedly precise dosing is desired.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly. With each refilling it is necessary to follow hygiene principles – thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and disinfect them with a suitable alcohol before contact with the new contents, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after completely drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
The integrated dispenser is suitable especially for light to medium-viscosity liquid products, such as water-based and oil-based serums, emulsion fluids or tonics. With significantly thick, creamy formulations, dosing may be limited, therefore during product development we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formula in this type of packaging.
Before both first and repeated use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle, removing residues of the previous contents and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts, including the dispenser, dry thoroughly at room temperature to minimise the risk of diluting the product with residual liquid.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material types indicated in the product parameters. The glass part should be placed in the appropriate glass container after removing residues of the contents. The dispenser and any plastic or metal components should be sorted according to the material marking in line with local waste-sorting regulations. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty and rinse the packaging to minimise product residues in the waste stream.
To choose a suitable bottle or other packaging you can use the extended filter in the packaging categories. It is located at the top of the page after clicking on the respective category and allows filtering by key parameters such as neck type and size, packaging size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that meets the technical and aesthetic requirements of your product.
Yes, this type of glass bottle with dispenser is also suitable for smaller pilot batches and stability tests of new formulas. It allows you to simulate real use of the product by the end customer, to test dosing, sensorial properties during application and the behaviour of the formulation during storage in the chosen packaging. Before final implementation in production, it is always advisable to carry out a compatibility test between the contents and the packaging over the planned shelf life.
