The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper care is taken and hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the bottle and the dispenser, check the mechanical parts and then completely disinfect them, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We recommend repeated use especially for home production and personal use; for commercial sale of products, always consider the legislative and hygiene requirements of your segment.

The selection of the dispenser depends on the viscosity and character of your formulation. For light water-based solutions and thin serums, fine pumps or droppers are suitable. Thicker emulsions and oil blends often work better with more powerful pumps that can handle higher viscosity. When choosing, we recommend testing several types of dosing on a small sample of the product and verifying whether the pump can reliably draw up and dose the product without clogging or dripping outside the desired area.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed, after removing any remaining contents and labels, in a container designated for glass. The dispenser, which often contains a combination of plastic and metal components, should be sorted according to local recycling rules or taken to a collection yard if simple separation of the materials is not possible. Before recycling, always empty the packaging, rinse it and remove product residues to facilitate its further processing.
