The glass bottle with thick base and white-silver dropper is an elegant packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of liquid products where a professional appearance and reliable protection of the contents are important. High-quality clear glass allows visual inspection of the product, while the dropper ensures controlled dosing without unnecessary waste.
This type of bottle is ideal for filling liquid products that are sensitive to dosage – from cosmetic serums and active solutions to concentrated blends where drop-by-drop dosing is required. Thanks to the stable glass and precise closure, the contents are well protected during both storage and use.
This glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific configuration, you can use it with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators.
The packaging–closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, the behaviour of the dosing system and the reaction of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

The bottle with dropper is primarily intended for liquid and lightly viscous products – serums, light oils, fluid blends or liquid extracts. For very viscous oils or gel-like formulations, we recommend first testing the flow through the dropper and, if necessary, choosing packaging with a different type of dosing (for example a pump or a wider opening). Before launching the product on the market, it is advisable to perform a dosing trial under normal storage conditions.
The glass packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable interaction between residues of the previous filling and the new product. When changing the type of product (for example from an oil-based to a water-based product), we recommend paying increased attention to cleaning and rinsing.
Before first use, we recommend visually inspecting the bottle and the dropper, removing any dust and rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution. It is then advisable to carry out disinfection with alcohol (e.g. IPA or ethanol), thoroughly rinsing the interior with the solution and allowing the packaging to dry completely at room temperature in a clean place. In professional production, it is appropriate to set up an internal hygiene protocol so that all cleaning and drying steps are repeatable and controllable.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, sorting it into separated waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in the glass recycling container, while the dropper and its individual components (plastic, rubber, any metal parts) should be separated as much as possible and placed in the appropriate collection bins according to local waste-sorting rules. When handling broken glass, proceed carefully and use appropriate hand protection.
