Transparent plastic bottle with matte black cap represents a universal packaging suitable for filling various liquid and gel formulations. The transparent bottle allows for easy visual inspection of the contents, which is appreciated by manufacturers as well as end users when dosing and monitoring consumption. Thanks to the appropriately selected material, the packaging is stable, lightweight and practical for everyday use in home production, artisanal production and small-scale professional cosmetics manufacturing.
The bottle is suitable for a wide range of products – from cosmetic preparations to technical solutions suitable for the given type of plastic. The matte black cap gives the packaging an elegant, professional appearance and at the same time ensures reliable closure of the contents during normal handling and transport. With a correctly selected compatible formulation, the packaging helps protect the product from contamination, leakage and unwanted contact with air.
This plastic bottle is predestined to be combined with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters. The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, allowing you to create a packaging system tailored exactly to the character of your product and the method of application.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products containing a higher proportion of alcohol, oils or active substances).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused with a suitable type of filling, but always only with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable). For plastic packaging made of PET material, cleaning at high temperatures, boiling or dishwashing in a dishwasher is not recommended, as deformation of the packaging may occur.
Before repeated use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent, then thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water and allowing it to dry at room temperature. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surface of the packaging and the closure using alcohol – for example products based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range. Make sure that the bottle does not come into contact with high temperature and is not exposed to direct heating, as PET plastic is not intended for boiling or dishwashing in a dishwasher.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in an environmentally friendly way according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging, possibly rinse out any product residues and remove dirt. Then dispose of the packaging in the appropriate plastic container in accordance with local waste separation rules. The cap is often made of a different type of plastic than the bottle body, so it is recommended to follow the material pictogram at the product or local recommendations of the collection company.
Plastic packaging made of PET material is not intended for filling with very hot or freshly cooked products. Exposure to high temperatures can lead to deformation of the packaging, deterioration of mechanical stability and changes in the appearance of the bottle. We recommend always filling only after partial cooling of the product to a temperature suitable for the given type of plastic. Also avoid direct heating of the filled bottle (for example in a microwave oven, oven or hot water bath).
When selecting a suitable bottle or pill bottle, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, a filter panel appears at the top of the page, where you can set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. Using these filters you can quickly narrow the offer down to only those packages that match your planned formulation, dosing and the visual style of your brand.
The bottle is designed so that it can be combined with multiple types of closures and dispensing systems available in the Handymade range – from classic screw caps through droppers to sprayers or applicators. When choosing, we recommend checking the neck compatibility and the recommended combination within the product. Even though the combinations created on Handymade are tested and functional, for your own projects it is always advisable to perform a trial filling and test sealing and dosing with the specific formulation.
