The plastic bottle with a matte black cap represents a modern and practical packaging solution for a wide range of liquid and gel products. Thanks to its high-quality manufacturing, it is suitable for filling cosmetics, hygiene preparations and various household blends where reliable protection of the contents and convenient dosing are important. The transparent design allows for easy visual control of the fill level, which you will appreciate in both professional and hobby formulations. This packaging is designed to withstand everyday use while also looking aesthetic and uniform within your product line.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then refill it, in order to minimise the risk of contamination and impact on the stability of your formulations.
First rinse the packaging with lukewarm water, if necessary with the addition of a mild, well-rinsable detergent suitable for contact with the given type of product. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, the bottle must be disinfected with alcohol – we recommend using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Spread the alcohol evenly over the inner wall, if necessary let it act briefly, and let it evaporate completely. The bottle must be dry and free of residues of cleaning agents before filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you hand it over to sorted waste collection according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Information about the packaging material and the relevant recycling mark can be found in the parameter table next to the product on the Handymade.sk website. Before disposal, close the bottle or separate the cap according to local waste sorting rules. By following the recommended recycling rules, you support efficient processing of plastics and reduce environmental burden.
The plastic bottle is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures or for sterilisation by boiling. When in contact with excessively hot water or when exposed to heat in dryers or other devices, deformation of the shape, weakening of the walls or damage to the cap may occur. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher. For hygienic preparation before filling, we recommend rather a procedure involving manual cleaning, rinsing and subsequent disinfection with alcohol, which is gentler on the material and at the same time effective in terms of microbial cleanliness.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars, pots or dispensers). In the advanced filter you can clearly set key parameters such as the neck type, size, colour and material of the packaging. In this way, you quickly narrow down the range to packaging that matches your formulation and intended way of use. For each product, we recommend also checking the description and parameters to be sure of the correct choice.
When filling the packaging, it is important that the bottle is clean, disinfected and completely dry, which reduces the risk of microbial contamination and impact on product stability. Fill the product at the recommended temperature so that you do not stress the packaging material – avoid mixtures that are too hot. After filling, close the bottle tightly and check the sealing. Store it in a dry, cooler and above all place protected from direct sunlight in order to minimise the risk of deterioration of the contents and unwanted changes to the plastic material.
