The plastic bottle with black cap is a universal container for professional and home use, ideal for packaging various liquid and lightly viscous preparations. Thanks to its practical shape and reliable screw cap, it provides safe storage and easy handling during filling, dosing and transport. The transparent design enables visual control of the contents, which facilitates labelling, monitoring of consumption and presentation of the finished product to the end customer.
For plastic packaging made of PET-type material, it must be taken into account that they are not intended to be exposed to high temperatures – when heated, the bottle may deform. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling; gentle hand cleaning at appropriate temperatures and with suitable cleaning agents is recommended.
This bottle is intended as a stand-alone container and is compatible with various types of caps and dispensing systems, depending on the selected parameters. You can combine it, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, thus adapting the dosing method to the specific product.
The combinations of containers and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or oil phase content).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed packaging quality certificate and in the product parameters.
When deciding on recycling, we recommend following the material designation given in the product parameters and the local rules for waste sorting. If you decide not to use the container further, empty it, rinse it if necessary and place it in the appropriate bin according to the material (e.g. plastic). In this way you support reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The bottle is suitable for most liquid and lightly viscous products such as oils, serums, toners or fluid emulsions. For thicker gels and cream formulations, it is important to choose a suitable type of cap or dispenser (for example a pump or applicator) and, before placing the product on the market, always test the dosing so that the product is dispensed smoothly and comfortably.
The container can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are observed, especially in home production or test batches. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example with isopropyl alcohol from the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or with plant ethanol from the product Etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny. Disinfection helps to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and to prolong the stability of your formulations.
For plastic packaging made of PET-type material, it is important to avoid exposure to high temperatures. It is not recommended to boil them, to heat them in an oven or microwave, or to wash them in a dishwasher, because deformation or weakening of the material may occur. For normal maintenance, gentle hand washing in lukewarm water with a suitable cleaning agent, thorough rinsing and drying is sufficient, possibly followed by disinfection before the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing out any product residues. Then sort the bottle according to the material designation given in the product parameters – typically this means placing it in the plastic waste container. Depending on local sorting rules, the cap can be recycled together with the bottle or separately. By following local collection instructions, you ensure that the material can continue to be recycled efficiently.
