The plastic bottle with a transparent body and practical flip-top cap is a universal container suitable for various liquid and lightly viscous products. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it sits well in the hand, is easy to fill, and is ideal for dispensing products where precise and clean application without dripping is important. The transparent wall of the container enables visual control of the contents and their changes during storage.
The flip-top cap provides convenient one-handed opening and limits the contact of the contents with the external environment, which contributes to longer stability of formulations. This type of bottle is suitable for both home and professional use, where a combination of functionality, aesthetics and easy handling is important.
This bottle is supplied complete with a flip-top closure, and the whole combination has been configured on Handymade to be functional and practical for everyday use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for formulas with a higher content of alcohol, acids or essential oils.

Yes, the container can be used repeatedly, as long as it is mechanically intact and you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After it has completely dried, you can refill the container.
First empty the bottle, rinse it with warm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous product. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water, let it drip off and apply disinfection – most often by spraying or rinsing the interior with alcohol, for example IPA 99 or Ethanol 96. After disinfection, let the container dry completely at room temperature away from direct sunlight and only then fill it with a new product.
The plastic packaging is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures or for directly filling with hot mixtures. When overheated, the walls or the cap may gradually deform, which will affect the sealing and the overall stability of the bottle. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher, for boiling or for sterilisation at high temperatures. We recommend using rather lukewarm water and alcohol-based disinfection in order to preserve the original shape and functionality.
Before throwing the packaging away, we recommend emptying and rinsing the bottle and the cap to minimise product residues. Then separate the two parts and place them in the appropriate sorted waste according to the material type given in the product parameters on the website. If the local collection system allows it, recycle the plastic container and the closure in the plastics container. Always follow local waste-sorting rules. If the packaging is still in good condition, the more ecological choice is to reuse it after thorough cleaning and disinfection.

In this way you will choose bottles, vials, jars or other containers that will best correspond to your product, filling technology and the visual concept of your brand.
The flip-top closure is ideal for liquids and lightly viscous products that you need to dose in smaller quantities and without completely unscrewing the cap. It is excellent for body and face lotions, liquid soaps, shampoos, conditioners, cleansing gels, disinfectant solutions or gentle cleansing preparations. In practice, it makes handling easier especially where you need to open and close the packaging frequently, for example in the bathroom, by the washbasin or at the work desk.
