Plastic bottle with ribbed cap represents a practical and reliable solution for packaging liquid and slightly viscous products in both home and professional production. Thanks to the durable plastic material, the packaging is suitable for cosmetic preparations, technical solutions and other formulations where cleanliness, protection of the contents and easy handling are important. The transparent design allows visual control of the filling level and appearance of the product, while the ribbed cap ensures convenient opening and reliable closing.
This bottle is a standalone type of packaging that is compatible with various types of caps and dispensing systems available in the Handymade range according to the selected neck parameters. It can be combined with screw caps, droppers, spray tops or practical applicators, making it possible to create bottles adapted to a specific product type and method of use.
Combinations of packaging and caps created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, pH, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If the bottle is made of PET material, it is important to take into account the specifics of this plastic. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore, when heated or in contact with hot media, deformation of the packaging may occur. For this reason, it is not recommended to wash the packaging in a dishwasher or to boil it. For cleaning, it is advisable to use lukewarm water and a mild detergent, while always respecting hygiene requirements for subsequent filling.
Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for surface disinfection. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For plastic packaging made of PET material, avoid high temperatures, do not boil them and do not wash them in a dishwasher in order to prevent deformation of the bottle.
The bottle is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic products, such as facial waters, toners, hair tonics, sprays after adding a suitable cap, light emulsions, and aqueous and alcoholic solutions. You can also use it for various extracts and auxiliary solutions if they are compatible with the plastic material used. Before final implementation in production, we recommend making a trial batch and verifying the stability of the product in the specific packaging.
After emptying the bottle, we recommend rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and rinsing it thoroughly. Then let the inside and the cap dry completely. Before new filling, disinfect the packaging – for example by rinsing or spraying using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For packaging made of PET material, do not use hot water, do not boil them and do not place them in a dishwasher, in order to avoid deformation or weakening of the bottle walls.
The method of recycling depends on the material specified in the product parameters. If the bottle is made of plastic, follow the material designation (for example PET) in the parameter table on the product page and dispose of it in the appropriate separate collection container for that type of plastic according to local waste sorting rules. Before recycling, we recommend rinsing the inside of the bottle to remove product residues and separating the cap if it is made of a different material than the body of the packaging. In this way, you support more efficient processing in the recycling system.
