The plastic bottle with spray dispenser represents a practical and reliable solution for packaging and applying various liquid mixtures for body care, hair care and household use. The packaging is designed to withstand normal handling in the bathroom, salons and the home workshop. Thanks to the plastic used, the bottle is lightweight, easy to transport and also suitable for smaller batches of your own cosmetics or cleaning products. The practical construction of the packaging enables easy filling, storage and repeated use, provided that proper hygiene principles are observed.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying can the container be refilled with a new product.
The plastic packaging is intended for use at normal room temperatures. It is not recommended to expose it to direct sunlight, sources of intense heat or long-term excessive mechanical stress. The outer surface can be cleaned with a mild cleaning agent and a soft cloth in order to maintain the clear appearance of the container and the aesthetic effect of the spray dispenser.
The plastic material of the packaging used should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore neither the bottle nor the spray dispenser should be washed in a dishwasher or boiled. Under excessive thermal load, there is a risk of deformation of the packaging and impairment of the functionality of the dosing mechanism. For cleaning and disinfection, we recommend mechanical washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, followed by rinsing and disinfection with an alcohol-based preparation.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the material indicated in the parameter table for the product. The plastic parts of the container and the spray dispenser should be emptied, freed from product residues and, where possible, the individual components should be separated before disposal. Then place the packaging in the appropriate plastics container according to local recycling rules so that the material can be recovered as efficiently as possible.
The spray dispenser is ideal for less viscous liquids that need to be applied in a fine film or mist – for example toners, hydrolats, air fresheners, hair lotions or light cleaning solutions. Thick gels and creamy emulsions are not suitable for this type of dosing. Before series filling, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in combination with the packaging and the spray dispenser.
