Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging suitable for filling various liquid preparations where comfortable, controlled and hygienic dispensing is important. The transparent body of the bottle allows easy visual control of the contents and remaining amount, while the glossy dispenser in a subtle colour combination looks professional and representative in both home and semi‑professional cosmetic production.
The packaging is designed to provide reliable dispensing during normal use, to minimise the contact of the contents with air and to facilitate application directly onto the skin or into the palm. Thanks to this, it is suited for liquid products with different viscosities, from aqueous solutions to lighter emulsions and gels, while reducing the risk of spillage and inaccurate dosing.
This bottle is supplied as a complete combination of packaging and dispensing mechanism, optimised for practical and reliable use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify how the specific recipe behaves in practice.

The dispensing mechanism is optimal mainly for liquid products and lighter emulsions (e.g. facial and body milks, fluids, gels or oil blends). With very thick creams, dispensing may be limited or uncomfortable. Before final use, we recommend testing the consistency of your formulation in a smaller amount and checking the smoothness of dispensing.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed, ideally for the same or a similar type of product. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow the bottle and dispenser to dry completely, and only then fill with a new product.
Clean the dispenser with a mild solution of a suitable cleaning agent and warm (not boiling) water by pumping the solution through the mechanism several times. Then rinse with clean water, allow to drain and dry. For final disinfection, you can briefly pump a small amount of alcohol into the system and again allow it to dry thoroughly. Do not use aggressive chemicals or very hot water, which could shorten the service life of the seals and springs in the dispenser.

You can filter in particular by neck type, packaging size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can easily find packaging that will match the character of your formulation as well as the design concept of your brand.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle and dispenser, we recommend first emptying them as much as possible and mechanically removing any product residues. Then sort the packaging according to the type of material stated in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website – follow the relevant recycling symbol and the recommended container. By sorting correctly, you support the recycling of the material and reduce the amount of waste that ends up in mixed municipal waste.
