The transparent plastic bottle with white disc-top closure represents a practical and reliable packaging for cosmetic and hygienic liquid products. The transparent body of the bottle allows for easy visual inspection of the contents, while the disc-top closure ensures convenient and controlled dispensing without unnecessary spillage. Thanks to the plastic material used, the bottle is lightweight, mechanically resistant and suitable for everyday use in households, cosmetic workshops and professional facilities.
This universal packaging is ideal for filling various liquid formulations – from cleaning and washing preparations, through body and hair care cosmetics, to products intended for hand and body care. The disc-top closure allows dosing by pressing the upper part, which minimizes contact of the contents with the environment and contributes to maintaining the quality and hygiene of the product throughout the entire period of use.
This bottle is supplied as a complete combination of packaging and disc-top closure, which is designed to be functional, practical and comfortable for the user. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can, with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles, be used repeatedly. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the closure and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and contribute to the safety and stability of your cosmetic formulations.
When caring for this packaging made from PET material, we recommend gentle hand washing with lukewarm water and a mild cleansing agent. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not expose the bottle to hot water, do not leave it in a heated car or near heat sources. Excessive heating poses a risk of deformation of the packaging. At the same time, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. After washing, allow the bottle and the closure to dry naturally and only then disinfect and refill them.
Before fitting the closure, we recommend checking the neck of the bottle and the inner part of the disc-top to ensure they do not contain impurities or residues of the old product. Screw the closure on evenly up to the position where you feel slight resistance, and then test the sealing by turning the bottle upside down. As part of your own tests, always also observe the behaviour of the specific formulation – density, viscosity and the content of the oil or water phase can affect how quickly and smoothly the product flows out through the disc-top. For thicker gels it may be necessary to press the bottle more firmly during application.
If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend always recycling it according to the material marking given in the product parameters. Rinse the bottle from product residues before disposal and check the recycling symbol on the packaging. Packaging made from PET material usually belongs in the container intended for plastic collection. If the closure is made from a different plastic, you can separate it according to local waste-sorting rules.
