Plastic bottle with matte dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for liquid products that require precise and hygienic dosing. Thanks to its practical design and high-quality plastic body, it is suitable for cosmetic formulations, cleaning agents, as well as small-scale and artisan production of body care and household care products. The integrated dispenser makes application easier, limits the contact of the contents with air, and contributes to the long-term stability of the filled product.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser that is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase a separate cap. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the bottle will work with your product in the long term as expected.

The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and that it is in line with the intended type of filling according to the product parameters. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol, ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based). This will support the long-term stability and hygiene of the filled formulation.
Before refilling, first completely empty any remaining original product, rinse the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and then several times with clean water. After washing, it is advisable to treat the inner walls and the dosing mechanism with a disinfectant solution, for example based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (IPA 99 %, ethanol 96 %). Allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature. The packaging is not intended for boiling or for washing in a dishwasher in order to avoid deformation and reduced functionality of the dispenser.
The plastic bottle is designed for normal use at room temperature and under standard storage conditions. Do not expose it to high temperatures, direct heating or prolonged stays in an overheated environment (for example on a radiator or in a closed car in the sun), in order to avoid the risk of deformation of the packaging and limiting the function of the dispenser. For the same reason, the packaging is not suitable for dishwashers or boiling – cleaning should be carried out only by gentle hand washing and disinfection as needed.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first completely emptying it as far as possible and removing any product residues. Then follow the recycling rules according to the material, which are listed in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. According to the marking on the packaging and in the parameters, sort it into the appropriate container for sorted waste. In this way you will ensure that the material can be reprocessed and you will reduce the amount of waste in the mixed municipal waste stream.

By combining filters, you quickly narrow the offer down to the packaging that best matches your product and production needs.
The bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and semi-liquid formulations where comfortable and precise dosing is important – for example body and face milks, fluid creams, gels, emulsions, gentle cleansing products or massage blends. For formulations with a higher content of oils or active substances, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the behaviour of the packaging (sealing, pump action and material stability in contact with the product) before starting full-scale production.
