The transparent plastic bottle with white dispenser is a practical packaging for liquid and gel products, allowing comfortable and controlled dispensing. Thanks to the transparent walls, you always have an overview of the current fill level, which is important for both professional and home cosmetic production. The integrated dispenser ensures hygienic removal of the contents without the need for direct contact with the product, which helps maintain the stability and quality of the formulation.
This type of packaging is suitable for filling various liquid preparations where more precise application is required – from gentle facial products to practical preparations for hands or body. The bottle material is light, strong and resistant to normal handling, so it is also suitable for travelling or everyday use in the bathroom, salon or workshop.
This bottle is supplied directly with a dispenser, which is designed to be functional and comfortable in everyday use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.). This will ensure optimal user comfort as well as long-term stability of your product.

The bottle can be used repeatedly as long as you follow basic hygiene principles and make sure that the new product is compatible with the packaging material and the dispenser. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing with the disinfectant solution, allow the bottle and the dispenser to dry completely so that moisture does not accumulate in the packaging.
When maintaining the dispenser, it is important to prevent clogging and residues of dried product. After emptying the bottle, rinse the inside with warm water and a mild detergent and pump clean water through the dispenser several times so that the entire dip tube and mechanism are rinsed. It is then advisable to briefly rinse the dispenser with disinfectant alcohol and pump through again, which reduces the risk of microbial contamination. Before further use, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
Suitability for use with products containing higher levels of alcohol, essential oils or other active substances depends on the compatibility of the formulation with the plastic material and the sealing of the dispenser. We recommend first preparing a small test batch, which you leave in the packaging for several days to weeks and monitor for any changes – softening or swelling of the plastic, colour change, leakage or impaired dispensing. If no negative effects occur, you can use the packaging for this type of product as well.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and disposing of any product residues in accordance with the recommendations of the filler manufacturer. Then separate the plastic bottle from the dispensing head to allow better sorting of the individual components. The specific method of recycling is based on the material designation stated in the product parameters and on the packaging (recycling symbol). According to this designation, place the bottle and the dispenser into the appropriate container for separated collection. If you are not sure, follow the recommendations of the local waste management system in your city.
