The plastic bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging designed for convenient dispensing of various liquid formulations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the transparent container body, you have a constant overview of the fill level, while the high-quality spray pump with a matte silver element looks aesthetic and supports the professional appearance of the final product. This type of packaging is popular in the production of cosmetics, household preparations and personal hygiene blends where even and controlled application is required.
The spray pump enables comfortable use wherever gentle application to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces is important. The plastic material of the packaging is lightweight, resistant to normal handling and suitable for everyday use in the bathroom, salon, home drugstore as well as when travelling. The packaging is designed so that it can be easily filled, closed and reused, provided that hygienic principles are observed.
Bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused if handled correctly and hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the bottle and the spray pump thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then fill them again.
This packaging is suitable for a wide range of liquid products that are applied in the form of a spray. These are in particular face and body mists, hydrolats, toners, hair sprays, aromatherapeutic blends, air fresheners and textile sprays, as well as various household preparations on a natural basis. Before final use, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging and the spray pump, including during longer-term storage.
Before repeated use, it is important first to rinse the bottle mechanically to remove residues of the original product, then wash it with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, we recommend disinfection with alcohol – for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Spread the alcohol over the inner surface, spray it through the spray mechanism as well, and then let all parts dry freely at room temperature so that no moisture residues remain in the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely and removing any product residues. It is then appropriate to separate the individual parts of the packaging (bottle body, spray pump, possibly the dip tube) and place them in separate waste collection according to the type of material used, which you will find specified in the product parameters. Follow the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city. By sorting correctly, you contribute to efficient material recycling and to reducing the amount of waste.
