The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical and professional packaging for various liquid preparations where even and convenient dispersion of the contents is important. Thanks to the transparent plastic, you always have visual control over the fill level and the condition of the product, which facilitates work in both home and professional production. The trigger sprayer enables comfortable dosing of larger areas and repeated application without the need for direct contact with the contents.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for filling liquid products with different viscosities, and the combination of the plastic bottle and mechanical sprayer supports efficient spraying from a fine to a medium-coarse spray. It is ideal for formulations intended for topical application where convenient dosing, consumption control and clean handling without pouring are required.
This bottle with trigger sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dosing system, which is directly designed for convenient spraying of liquids. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products containing alcohol, oils or active substances.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the bottle and sprayer in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection of the packaging it is suitable to use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our offer as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, let all parts dry completely and only then refill the container.
For regular maintenance, we recommend that after the contents have been used up, you fill the bottle with clean water, press the sprayer several times and thus flush the internal mechanism. For products containing oils or emulsions, it is appropriate to use a mild cleaning agent dissolved in water and then spray the system thoroughly through with clean water. Avoid mechanically piercing the nozzle with sharp objects so as not to damage the sprayer.
Plastic bottles with sprayer are not intended to be filled with hot or very warm solutions. High temperatures may lead to reduced material stability, risk of deformation and may also negatively affect the functionality of the spraying mechanism itself. It is recommended to fill only cooled or room-temperature preparations and not to expose the packaging for long periods to direct sunlight or sources of heat.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend first emptying it thoroughly and, if possible, rinsing it so that no residues of the filling remain. The subsequent method of recycling should be adapted to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters – sort the packaging into the appropriate separate waste stream according to local collection rules. In the case of a combination of several materials (plastic bottle, mechanical sprayer) it is appropriate, where possible, to separate the individual parts and sort them separately.
Many formulations based on alcohol or oils can be used in plastic bottles with sprayer, but we always recommend performing your own compatibility test. Fill a smaller amount of the product and observe over time the behaviour of the packaging material and the sprayer – focus on sealing, smoothness of spraying and any changes to the plastic surface. For thicker or highly oily recipes, the functionality of the sprayer may be limited, so it is appropriate to choose a formulation that is suitable for the dosing type.
