The plastic soap bottle with a transparent body and black foam sprayer is a practical packaging designed for convenient dispensing of foaming soaps, gels and mild cleansing preparations. Thanks to the foam-forming mechanism, it allows you to create a rich foam even with a small amount of product, which supports economical, hygienic and precise dosing. The transparent bottle enables optical control of the contents, which makes refilling and visual presentation of the product easier.
This product represents a practical combination of bottle and foam sprayer, which is designed for direct use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for preparations with atypical pH, a high alcohol content or specific active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling we recommend completely cleaning the bottle and the dispensing head and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the bottle ready for refilling.
After emptying the packaging it is advisable first to rinse the bottle and the dispensing head several times with warm (not boiling) water until no residue of the original product comes out of the mechanism. You can then rinse the dispensing head with a diluted alcohol solution and let it dry thoroughly in a vertical position so that any remaining liquid can drain out. For foam-forming mechanisms it is important not to use solutions that are too viscous for cleaning, so that the fine channels of the foamer do not become clogged.
The foam sprayer is designed for thin, watery formulations containing surface-active substances (surfactants) that can create stable foam. Gels that are too viscous or oil mixtures may limit the proper functioning of the foamer. When producing your own products we recommend always first testing a smaller amount of the formula directly in the given bottle and verifying the foam consistency, dosing reliability and long-term stability of the formulation in contact with the packaging material.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic given in the parameter table for the product. First completely empty the bottle and rinse out any remaining contents with water to minimize contamination of sorted waste. Then place the bottle and the dispensing head in the appropriate container for plastics in accordance with local waste sorting rules. If the individual parts are made of different plastics, it is ideal to separate them before disposal (for example by unscrewing the sprayer from the neck of the bottle) so that their recycling can be more efficient.
