Square glass bottle with black–gold spray pump represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for various liquid products where gentle and even dosing by spraying is important. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and precise dosing mechanism, the bottle is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, perfume mists and other formulations that require controlled application.
This type of packaging is ideal for small product batches, testers and travel sizes, where emphasis is placed on a professional appearance, reliable protection of the contents and comfortable use by the end customer. The combination of the glass container and functional spray pump enables safe and hygienic use while maintaining the stability of the packaged product.
This glass bottle with spray pump forms a functional set designed for comfortable and precise dosing in the form of a fine spray. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, uniformity of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, content of essential oils or other active substances).

The glass container is generally well tolerated by alcohol‑based formulations as well as by preparations containing essential oils. For every new product, however, we recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the spray pump functionality, sealing and the stability of the product over time. Especially with a higher proportion of essential oils, it is important to monitor the viscosity and whether the spray mechanism dispenses the product evenly.
The packaging can be reused provided that proper hygiene practices are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination or mutual influence between the original and the new product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in the Handymade range, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. After cleaning and disinfection, allow the bottle and spray pump to dry completely before refilling them.
First, rinse the bottle thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water to remove residues of the previous product. Then rinse the packaging with clean water so that no detergent residues remain and disinfect it with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. We recommend flushing the spray pump with a small amount of alcohol and pressing the mechanism several times so that the alcohol reaches the entire system. Before refilling, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the standard waste‑sorting rules specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the glass container after being emptied and given a basic rinse, while the plastic spray pump is normally sorted into plastic waste, unless the product parameters state otherwise. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging and separate the individual components (glass container and plastic spray pump) so that the material can be recovered as efficiently as possible.
