White HDPE plastic bottle with safety cap represents a reliable packaging solution for liquid and gel formulations where protection of the contents and safe handling are crucial. The robust material and practical shape make it a suitable bottle for cosmetic products, home-made recipes and professional blends. Thanks to the safety closure, the packaging is ideal wherever it is necessary to reduce the risk of unintentional opening, for example with concentrated preparations or products stored in households.
The HDPE plastic bottle itself is designed to be compatible with selected types of closures available on Handymade.sk. When choosing a specific closure or dispensing component, follow the parameters given in the product description. These bottles are compatible with various closure and dispensing types (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Can this plastic bottle be used repeatedly?
Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled correctly and if there is no visible damage. When reusing, it is essential to follow hygienic procedures – before each new filling, thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the safety cap. For disinfection we recommend using high-percentage alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling.
How can I safely dispose of and recycle this HDPE bottle if I do not want to use it further?
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local regulations. According to the material specified in the product parameters, it is a plastic of the HDPE type, which belongs among well recyclable plastics. Before discarding, empty the bottle as much as possible, rinse out any remaining contents if necessary and remove any contamination. Then place it in the container designated for plastic waste according to the local sorting system. In this way you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.
For what type of products is this HDPE pill bottle most suitable?
The HDPE bottle with safety cap is particularly suitable for liquid and gel cosmetic products, disinfectant solutions, cleaning concentrates, technical solutions and trial formulations in laboratory or artisan production. Thanks to the safety closure, it is also often used for storing products for which it is important to limit the risk of accidental opening or leakage of contents. For a precise assessment of the suitability of the packaging for a specific formulation we recommend performing your own stability and compatibility tests.
How should I correctly test the compatibility of the packaging with my formulation?
Before the final implementation of the packaging, we recommend preparing a trial sample of the product and filling it into the bottle under real conditions of use. Monitor in particular the sealing of the safety cap (whether there is any leakage), the stability of the plastic in contact with the formulation (whether softening, swelling or discolouration occurs) and the behaviour of the packaging during storage – for example with temperature changes or during transport. The test should run for at least several days up to weeks, depending on the nature of the product. If no changes appear on the packaging or in the contents during the test, the combination is usually suitable for longer-term use.
