Plastic bottle cap, white is a practical closing component designed for safe and hygienic sealing of containers with a compatible neck. The design with a non-removable tamper-evident ring serves as a first-opening control – after unscrewing, the ring remains on the bottle, which increases the credibility of the packaging. The cap is suitable for packaging liquid as well as powdered products and, according to the quality indicated for the product, it can be used in both the cosmetic and food sectors.

Cosmetic products: toners, hydrolats, micellar waters, facial and body solutions, shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps
Extracts, oils, aromatic blends: macerates, oil blends, aromatic solutions (a dedicated compatibility test is recommended, especially for strongly aromatic components)
Food use: liquid food supplements, tinctures, extracts intended for internal use, syrups, concentrates and other liquid products – after verifying the compatibility of the complete set

You offer many types of packaging – how can I find the right one for my product?

We recommend using the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category. You can filter by: neck, size, colour, material – this allows you to quickly narrow down the selection to compatible containers and closures.

What does it mean that the closure is non-removable?

A non-removable closure has a tamper-evident ring designed to remain on the bottle after the first opening. It serves as a visual check of the first opening and increases the safety of the packaging.

Is this cap also suitable for food products?

Yes, the cap can also be used for food products if food-grade quality is indicated for the product. For a specific application, we always recommend testing the complete bottle + closure combination under real conditions.

Can the cap be reused?

Yes, the cap can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the cap must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. After disinfection, allow the cap to dry thoroughly.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle the cap if I no longer want to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the cap, we recommend recycling it. Since it is a plastic packaging component, the cap belongs in the separated collection of plastics in accordance with local rules and the instructions of your waste collection company.
