Plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and hygienic packaging intended for various types of liquid cosmetic preparations that require convenient and controlled dispensing. The combination of a durable plastic body and a functional dispensing mechanism enables precise application of the product without unnecessary waste and minimizes contact of the contents with the external environment.
Thanks to the packaging design, it is suitable for filling liquids with different viscosity – from light toners and serums to thicker emulsions. The compact shape of the bottle fits well in the hand, is easy to use in a home bathroom as well as in a professional cosmetic setting, and is also suitable for repeated refilling when correct hygiene procedures are followed.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle + dispenser combination, so it is ready for immediate use without the need to select additional compatible components. The design of the dispenser is engineered to match the given neck type and to ensure optimal sealing as well as functional dispensing during normal use.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with unusual viscosity, a high proportion of active ingredients or a higher content of alcohols and essential oils.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly when the correct hygiene principles are followed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the packaging and the dispensing mechanism, ideally using suitable preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after all parts of the packaging are completely dry do we recommend refilling.
We recommend disassembling the dispenser only to the extent allowed by its design and then rinsing it with warm (not boiling) water and a mild cleansing agent. After thorough rinsing, it is appropriate to disinfect the components with a suitable alcohol solution, allow them to drain and dry completely. When cleaning, avoid using very hot water and aggressive chemicals that could affect the functionality of the springs, seals or plastic parts of the dispenser.
The bottle with dispenser is suitable for most cosmetic liquids from thin solutions to medium-thick emulsions. For very thick formulations it may be necessary to adjust the viscosity or choose a different type of dispensing. Therefore, before final filling we recommend carrying out a trial test on a smaller amount of product to verify dispensing smoothness, piston return and overall comfort during use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and removing product residues by normal rinsing. Adapt the subsequent recycling procedure to the material type stated in the parameter table for the product – based on this you will place the bottle and dispenser in the appropriate separate collection container. Before placing them in sorted waste, it is advisable to separate the plastic and any additional components (for example inner tubes or cap) to facilitate processing in the recycling process.
