The plastic bottle with foamer represents a professional packaging solution for modern liquid preparations where a gentle, rich foam and comfortable application are desired. Thanks to the integrated foam dispenser, it makes it possible to generate stable foam even at low product viscosity, which increases user comfort as well as the cost‑effectiveness of consumption. This type of bottle is popular for cosmetic and hygiene formulations where a precise and hygienic dose without unnecessary waste is important.
This bottle with foamer is supplied as a functional combination of the container and foam dispensing system, ready for immediate use with a suitable liquid formulation. Combinations of containers and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your specific product under real‑life usage conditions.

For proper operation of the foamer, we recommend using liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that are intended for foam application. Do not fill the bottle right up to the top – leave space for air, which is necessary for foam generation. After filling, close the container thoroughly, press the pump several times so that the system fills with product, and only then test the foam consistency. Whenever you change the formula, always carry out a test of dosing and foam stability over several days.
The packaging can be reused as long as you follow strict hygiene rules and regularly check its technical condition (pump functionality, sealing, integrity of plastic parts). Before each refilling, the bottle including the foamer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after it is completely dry and ventilated should you refill the container with a new batch of product.
To extend the service life of the foamer, we recommend using clear or finely dispersed formulations without larger particles that could clog the mesh or the internal mechanism. If you do not use the bottle for a longer period or you change the contents, it is advisable to pump clean water through the foamer and „pump it out“ several times to remove product residues. For long‑term storage, keep the packaging in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, which helps maintain the elasticity of the seals and the smooth operation of the dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with local waste‑management rules. Before placing it in separate collection, remove product residues, rinse the container and, according to the material designation in the product parameters, sort the bottle and, if applicable, separate parts of the dispenser into the appropriate bin (usually plastic). In the case of composite materials, it is advisable to separate everything that is technically possible (e.g. plastic bottle body and any removable components) in order to facilitate the recycling process line. Always follow the recycling symbols given for the specific product on Handymade.sk and local recommendations for waste separation.
