It is particularly suitable for packaging liquid products where a good seal, protection of the contents and ease of handling in everyday use are important. It is useful in the home and on the shop floor for products that are frequently opened and closed.
Combinations of packaging and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The lid is made of PP (polypropylene), which is commonly used for closures in the packaging industry and is suitable for everyday handling.
Yes, the lid can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before each reuse, the lid should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable ethanol, and allowed to dry completely.
After sealing, we recommend a simple test - turn the bottle briefly bottom up and observe for leakage of the contents. For specific formulations, it is also advisable to perform a longer-term storage test.
If you decide not to reuse the lid, we recommend recycling it after cleaning. As it is a PP plastic, please include it in your sorted plastic collection according to your local waste sorting rules and guidelines.
