The plastic fabric softener bottle with white cap is a practical and reliable packaging suitable for various types of liquid products for household use as well as for small-scale and artisan production. Thanks to its well-designed shape and durable plastic body, it offers comfortable dispensing, easy handling and safe storage of the contents without unwanted leakage. The construction of the packaging is designed to be stable during normal use, resistant to mechanical stress and at the same time sufficiently lightweight for convenient transport even when fully filled.
This type of bottle is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous formulations where controlled pouring, easy closing and protection of the product from external influences are important. The appropriately selected plastic packaging material ensures that the contents can be dispensed comfortably and that the bottle withstands repeated opening and closing in everyday use.
Individual plastic bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, depending on the selected packaging parameters. Depending on the specific combination, it is possible to use, for example, screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators, which allow the dosing to be adapted to the characteristics of the product.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sufficient sealing, suitable dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation (viscosity, pH, solvent content, etc.). This will ensure long-term product stability and convenient use for the end customer.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle, rinse it and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging ready for refilling.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and detergent to remove any residues of the original product. Then it is advisable to rinse the packaging several times with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After mechanical cleaning, use disinfection – rinse the inside of the bottle with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the Handymade range, and let the packaging dry freely at room temperature. Only after thorough drying is the bottle ready for new filling.
The plastic used for this type of packaging is not intended for long-term contact with high temperatures. Exposure to hot water, steam or dishwasher cycles may lead to gradual deformation of the packaging, changes of shape or deterioration of the sealing properties of the neck and cap. For these reasons it is not recommended to boil the bottle, to wash it in a dishwasher or to fill it with liquids at very high temperatures. For cleaning, use lukewarm to moderately warm water, a mild cleaning agent and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcohol solution.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend, after emptying it and quickly rinsing it, to place it in the sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters on Handymade. Place the bottle, free from larger product residues, into the appropriate container for plastic packaging according to the local rules for municipal waste sorting. It is advisable to recycle the cap together with the bottle or separately, if required by the local collection system. In this way you ensure that the material can be further recovered in the recycling process.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category (for example bottles, jars or pots). In the extended filter you can clearly set parameters such as the type and diameter of the neck, the required size and volume, the colour of the packaging and the specific material. In this way you quickly narrow down the offer only to those bottles, vials or containers that meet your product requirements and the technological requirements for filling and storage.
