Can this plastic bottle be used repeatedly?

Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the packaging to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of the new fill. For disinfection, we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at an appropriate concentration, which you can find in the offer as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.

How can I safely recycle this bottle if I do not want to keep using it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it responsibly according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the packaging marking. Before placing it in sorted waste collection, we recommend emptying the bottle, rinsing out any product residues, and removing any remaining label as far as possible, if this can be done without damaging the packaging. Then place it in the container designated for the corresponding type of plastic waste according to local sorting rules. The closure or dispenser may be made of a different type of plastic, so it is advisable to check their marking and sort them separately if possible.

How should I correctly test the compatibility of my formula with this plastic packaging?

Before starting production, we recommend filling several test units with the final formula and monitoring them under different storage conditions for at least several weeks. Pay particular attention to changes in the colour of the packaging, any softening or, conversely, brittleness of the plastic, the sealing performance of the closure (leaks, seepage), changes in the viscosity or fragrance of the product, and the functionality of the dispensing.
