The plastic bottle with a practical closure is a reliable packaging solution for the safe and aesthetic filling of various liquid and gel-based preparations. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and suitably chosen material, it is ideal for cosmetic formulations, hygiene products, as well as other professional and home applications. The matte surface of the closure looks modern, sits well in the hand, and supports precise and controlled dosing of the contents.
The packaging is designed to withstand normal use, handling during production, and storage, while helping to protect the filled product from impurities from the external environment. It allows convenient labeling with a sticker and integration into a coherent product line, whether it is a craft or a smaller semi-professional production.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially when using higher concentrations of active substances or solvents.

When using plastic packaging made of PET material, it is important to follow the recommended conditions of use: PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because in the case of long-term or repeated thermal stress there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. This type of packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. We recommend gentle cleaning at lower temperatures and the use of suitable disinfectants according to the nature of the filled formulation.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are followed, but we always recommend maintaining thorough hygiene between individual fillings. Before refilling, the bottle and cap must be carefully cleaned and subsequently disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then refill it.
Plastic packaging made of PET material is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. In contact with hot water, steam, or when attempting sterilization by boiling, it may become deformed and the functionality of the closure may deteriorate. For the same reason, we do not recommend washing it in a dishwasher. For cleaning and disinfection, it is more suitable to use chemical disinfection at room temperature and gentle rinsing with lukewarm water, and it is important that the packaging is completely dry before filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in separated waste collection according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. In the case of plastic packaging made of PET material, after emptying and basic rinsing, place it in the appropriate container for sorted plastic waste. Before handing it over, remove any remaining contents, do not unnecessarily deform the packaging with extreme heat, and respect the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city.
The bottle is most suitable for liquid and less viscous products, such as aqueous solutions, hydroalcoholic blends, toners, sprays, liquid serums or light gels. Before series filling, we recommend performing a trial filling to verify that the chosen formulation is compatible with the selected closure or dispenser, can be dosed well and does not affect the sealing or the stability of the plastic during long-term storage.
