Plastic pill bottle with white dispenser is a practical and hygienic packaging, ideal for filling liquid preparations such as serums, solutions or cosmetic blends. Thanks to precise dosing, it helps control product consumption, minimize contamination of the contents and maintain the stability of formulations throughout the entire period of use.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for various types of liquid cosmetic preparations as well as auxiliary solutions for home-made cosmetics. The integrated dispenser enables convenient and repeated application without the need for direct contact with the contents, which is especially important for sensitive or concentrated formulations.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser that is ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product will work in the packaging in the long term and safely.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can, with correct handling, be used repeatedly, but it is always necessary to observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the next formulation.
Before the first and any repeated filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing with suitable water or a solution according to the character of your formulation) and then disinfecting it with alcohol. In practice, isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol is most often used; these are applied, for example, by rinsing or spraying onto the internal surfaces and allowed to evaporate. It is important that the packaging is completely dry before filling and free of any residues of cleaning agents.
To make selecting packaging easier, you can use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Thanks to the filter, you can clearly narrow down the range according to the type of neck, required size, colour and material. In this way you will quickly find bottles, pill bottles, jars or containers that best match your formulation and visual requirements.
Before filling the entire batch, we recommend performing your own compatibility test. Fill a smaller amount of product into the packaging and monitor the behaviour of the material and the dispenser over time – focus on the tightness of the thread, the functionality of the pump, any changes in viscosity when passing through the dispenser, and the reaction of the packaging to long-term contact with the formulation (change of colour, odour or shape). For more complex or highly concentrated formulas, it is appropriate to test the packaging also under various storage temperature conditions that are realistic for your product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend, as far as possible, to recycle it. The recycling procedure is governed by the material designation given in the product parameters – according to this, you assign the packaging to the appropriate sorted waste stream. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and the dispenser and remove any product residues, so that other material in the collection container is not contaminated. By sorting correctly, you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste from cosmetic packaging.
