The plastic bottle with a gold flip-top cap represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for various liquid cosmetic formulations. Thanks to its well-designed shape and reliable closure, it is suitable for convenient dispensing of products that require clean application without unnecessary contact with air.
This bottle is designed to protect the contents during storage and transport while allowing easy one-handed use. The flip-top cap supports controlled dispensing of the contents, making it ideal for liquid, gel and lightly viscous preparations intended for everyday use.
This bottle is supplied as a complete packaging with flip-top cap, ready for immediate use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your product throughout the entire period of use.

The easiest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category at the top of the page, you will find the option to filter according to several parameters – specifically by neck type, size, colour and material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the selection to bottles, jars or other containers that best correspond to the properties of your product and the desired packaging design.
The bottle can be reused provided you follow basic hygiene principles and take proper care of the packaging. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After the interior of the packaging has completely dried, the bottle is ready to be refilled.
When cleaning the plastic packaging, we recommend using lukewarm water and mild cleaning agents suitable for working with cosmetic tools. Avoid aggressive chemicals and abrasive sponges, which could damage the surface of the bottle or compromise the tightness of the cap. After washing, allow the container and the cap to dry naturally in a clean and well-ventilated place, and only then proceed to disinfection and filling. Thorough drying helps to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the contents.
When filling, we recommend working in the cleanest environment possible and using disinfected tools (funnels, measuring cups, pipettes). Fill the bottle slowly to minimize the formation of air bubbles and to prevent contamination of the neck. Do not fill it completely to the top – leave a small space to allow comfortable closing of the flip-top cap without forcing out the contents. After filling, wipe the packaging from the outside, check the tightness of the cap and perform a test dosing to verify that the product flows smoothly and without sticking.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting regulations. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any product residues and empty the packaging as much as possible. Then follow the material identification given in the parameter table on the product page – based on the recycling symbol, place the packaging in the appropriate container (for example, plastics collection). By recycling correctly, you help to reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials in the production of new packaging.
