Plastic bottle with silver dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging modern liquid formulations. The combination of a lightweight plastic container and a dispensing pump enables convenient, controlled application without unnecessary product waste and reduces the risk of contamination of the contents during everyday use.
This type of packaging is particularly suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products that require precise dosing, protection from contact with air and the possibility of hygienic handling. The opaque design also helps protect more sensitive formulations from external influences and supports longer stability of the contents during storage and use.
This bottle is supplied as a functional set with a dispensing pump, with the combination of packaging and dispenser designed and matched directly for the given product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that your particular product will work in the packaging long-term and without problems.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed, but it is recommended to assign one bottle to one type of formulation. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For professional disinfection, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the appropriate concentration, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Before reuse, allow all parts of the packaging to dry properly.
The dispensing pump is suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity products. For thicker emulsions or gels, we recommend first filling a smaller test amount and checking whether the pump reliably draws in and dispenses the product without clogging. In the case of very dense formulations, it is advisable to adjust the viscosity of the recipe or choose a different type of packaging or applicator so that the application is comfortable and smooth for the end user.
Before both first and repeated filling, we recommend rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution, then with drinking water and allowing it to dry completely. For disinfection of the internal surfaces and the dispensing mechanism, it is appropriate to apply an alcohol-based preparation for a short time, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Do not boil either the packaging or the pump and do not wash them in a dishwasher to avoid damage or deformation.
The simplest solution is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material category. After clicking on the relevant category, the option to filter by several parameters appears at the top of the page. This allows you to conveniently select packaging according to neck type, overall size, colour and material, and quickly get to bottles, jars or pots that best match the character of your product and the planned method of application.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste collection according to the material given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. It is advisable to remove any remaining contents from the plastic bottle and dispenser before placing them in the container and, where possible, to separate the individual parts (for example unscrew the pump) so that a more efficient recycling process can take place. Adhering to the local sorting rules in your municipality helps reduce the amount of waste and make better use of the packaging’s recycling potential.
