White plastic bottle with aluminium cap represents a universal, practical and visually clean packaging suitable for a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous products. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship and reliable closure, the bottle is ideal for the safe storage, dispensing and transport of home-made and professional formulations. The combination of the plastic body and a durable aluminium closure ensures good protection of the contents and an aesthetic, modern appearance suitable for both branded and artisan products.
The bottle is primarily suitable for liquid and slightly viscous products such as toners, waters or thinner emulsions. For thicker creams or gels, we recommend choosing packaging with a dispenser or pump, which will ensure comfortable and controlled application. Before final implementation in production, it is always appropriate to carry out a trial filling and test the behaviour of the specific formulation in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in the Handymade range (IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol, ethanol 96% denatured plant-based). Such a procedure helps to minimise microbiological risks and increases the safety of the final product.
Before the first filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then with clean water (depending on the type of intended contents) and allowing it to dry thoroughly. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces, for example with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and again allow them to air out completely and dry. The same procedure should be repeated when reusing the bottle, in order to reduce the risk of contamination of new batches of the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. The plastic body of the bottle generally belongs in the container designated for plastic packaging, while the aluminium closure can, if necessary, be sorted separately in accordance with local recycling rules. By following the recommendations in the parameter table for the product, you will contribute to more efficient recycling and to reducing the amount of mixed waste.
