The plastic bottle with white cap is a practical, lightweight container suitable for packaging various liquid cosmetic preparations and auxiliary solutions. Thanks to its reliable closure, it helps protect the contents from contamination, leakage and excessive evaporation, which is important for frequent transport or storage. The smooth surface of the bottle makes labelling, applying stickers and cleaning easier, so it is suitable both for home use and for small artisan brands. The container is made of plastic, which is light, mechanically resistant and, when used correctly, provides good protection for the liquid product throughout its entire period of use.
To make selecting packaging easier, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category (for example bottles, jars or pumps). In the advanced filter, you can clearly filter packaging by several parameters – in particular by neck type, size, colour variant and material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the selection to containers that best suit your product and your usage requirements.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that you follow basic hygiene principles and take into account material wear during long‑term use. Before each refilling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. In our range you will find, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based, which are suitable for technical disinfection of containers before filling. When reusing, regularly check the condition of the thread, the seal and the container surface and replace the container if it is damaged or visibly worn.
Before refilling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle mechanically with warm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then it is advisable to rinse the container thoroughly with clean water, allow it to dry and only then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol solution, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Spread the disinfectant solution over the inner surface of the bottle and allow it to evaporate. During cleaning and disinfection, do not use aggressive chemicals or very abrasive tools to avoid damaging the surface or the thread.
Plastic containers of this type are not intended for filling with very hot or boil‑sterilised contents. Exposure to high temperatures may lead to weakening or deformation of the walls, deterioration of sealing and shortening of the container’s service life. Therefore, we do not recommend boiling the bottle, using it in a dishwasher or exposing it to prolonged heat (for example in an oven or in direct contact with hot liquid). For disinfection, prefer the use of alcohol solutions at room temperature and always follow the recommendations given in the product parameters.
If you decide not to use the container any longer, we recommend first thoroughly emptying it and removing any product residues. The recycling method depends on the type of plastic specified in the product parameters – according to this, place the container in the appropriate separate waste stream (for example among plastics marked with the corresponding recycling symbol). Before placing it in the container, it is advisable to remove any label residues, if this is recommended by local sorting rules. If possible, also follow the recommendations of your local recycling centre or waste management system so that the container is processed in the most environmentally friendly way. Repeated use and subsequent recycling are the best ways to reduce the environmental footprint of the packaging.
When selecting a cap or dispenser, it is important to consider the type and size of the bottle neck, which you can find in the product parameters. The cap or pump must have a matching thread to ensure reliable sealing. We also recommend choosing the dispensing type according to the consistency and nature of the filling – for example a fine sprayer for watery solutions, a dropper for precise dosing of small volumes or a classic screw cap if the product is intended for pouring. All combinations of containers and caps offered in the e‑shop are tested for basic functionality, but when working with a specific formula, it is advisable to perform your own tests of filling, storage and use.
