Plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical packaging solution for gentle, even dispersion of aqueous solutions, toners, refreshing mists or cleansing blends. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight plastic container and an ergonomic sprayer, it is suitable for filling liquid cosmetic products as well as auxiliary solutions for home formulations. The design of the sprayer allows comfortable application in a thin, even film, which improves dosing and reduces wastage of the contents.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, designed directly for convenient dosing of liquid products. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with your specific product.

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol solutions, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose, available in the Handymade range: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After treatment, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling.
The trigger sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity, water-based liquid formulations – for example facial toners, hydrolats, face and body refreshing mists, detangling hair sprays or mild cleansing solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying may be limited, so it is always advisable to carry out a trial filling and verify whether the system provides smooth and even dosing without clogging the nozzle.
To maintain the smooth operation of the sprayer, it is advisable to avoid using blends with a high content of undissolved particles, which can clog the nozzle or dip tube. After the contents have been used up, you can rinse the sprayer with clean water or a suitable solvent according to the nature of the previous fill and spray several times until no residues of the original product come out. During storage, keep the bottle upright and protect the trigger and sprayer head from mechanical damage.
To choose suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can easily narrow down the range according to parameters that are key for your product – for example according to neck type, overall packaging size, colour or material used. In this way, you will quickly find a bottle, jar or dropper bottle that will meet your intended use as well as your design requirements.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product. Before disposal, always empty the contents, rinse the bottle and the sprayer to remove product residues, and separate the individual parts by material, where possible. Then dispose of them in the appropriate recycling container according to local waste sorting rules. In this way, you support the recycling process and reduce the environmental burden associated with single-use plastic packaging.
