The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical and professional packaging material suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, hygiene preparations and other liquid or gel formulations. Thanks to the combination of a rigid plastic body and a functional dispensing mechanism, it enables precise, hygienic and controlled dispensing without unnecessary contact of the contents with the external environment.
The packaging is designed to be suitable for small and medium-sized product batches – from home “handmade” recipes to professional small-scale production. The reliable dispenser helps to minimise waste, maintain consistent application and at the same time supports the aesthetic and uniform appearance of the final product.
This product forms a complete packaging set bottle + dispenser, which is designed for joint use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles and appropriate handling are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (products IPA 99 % and Ethanol 96 % denatured). Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before cleaning, it is advisable to empty the packaging completely and disassemble it into individual parts (bottle body, dispenser, possibly the inner tube). We then recommend rinsing them with lukewarm water and a mild detergent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing them to dry. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to disinfect the internal surfaces with an alcohol-based disinfectant (e.g. IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol), and only after the alcohol has completely evaporated and drying should you reassemble and fill again.
To select the right packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, jars or dispensers). In the advanced filter, packaging can be clearly sorted according to several criteria – specifically according to neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find a bottle or container that will suit your product in terms of design and functionality.
The bottle with dispenser is most suitable for liquids of low to medium viscosity and for gel or emulsion products that need to be dispensed in small quantities. It is ideal for cleansing and care preparations for face, body and hands, preparations containing alcohol (e.g. disinfectant gels) or other cosmetic formulations where controlled application without spillage and excessive product consumption is important.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing out any remaining contents. It is then advisable to separate the plastic parts (bottle body and dispenser) from any other materials, according to the information given in the product parameters and based on the recycling symbols. Then place the individual components in the appropriate containers for sorted waste according to the type of material. By following these steps, you support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
Yes, this packaging is also suitable for smaller trial batches and for testing new formulations, because it allows convenient dispensing and easy visual evaluation of the product’s behaviour during normal use. However, before using it in larger-scale production, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility tests – checking the behaviour of the packaging material in contact with the specific recipe, the stability of the product’s colour, fragrance and consistency, as well as the reliability of sealing and dispensing during longer-term storage.
