The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging intended for convenient and precise dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional dispensing system, it is suitable for packaging products where quantity control and a clean, hygienic application are important. The bottle is designed to withstand normal handling well, to be space-saving and practical for both home and professional use in the field of cosmetics and body care.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect liquid products from contamination and excessive contact with air during use. Thanks to the dispenser, it enables comfortable and repeatedly consistent dosing without the need to open the packaging, which reduces the risk of contamination of the contents and at the same time increases user comfort. The bottle is suitable for home production, artisanal and small-scale professional production of preparations where a neat appearance, functionality and easy use of the packaging are important.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and dispensing component, ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional types of caps. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
Before the product is finally released for use, it is advisable to test the dosing under normal storage and handling conditions in order to verify that the chosen formulation has the correct viscosity and that the packaging provides the desired comfort during application.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. There you will find detailed information about the type of plastic, recommendations for use, as well as the specification of the individual parts of the dispensing system. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with them before filling so that you can choose a suitable formulation and method of storage.
The bottle with dispenser is intended primarily for liquid and mildly viscous preparations, in which smooth dosing without excessive pressure is ensured. We always recommend testing thicker emulsions or gels in advance – fill a smaller amount, try dosing at normal room temperature and observe whether the contents clog the dispensing mechanism. The test results will help you decide whether this type of packaging is suitable for your specific formulation.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are strictly observed. Whenever the contents are changed or the bottle is refilled, it is necessary to empty the bottle and the dispensing component as thoroughly as possible, clean them mechanically and then disinfect them. For disinfection we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only after thorough drying is it advisable to refill the packaging, ideally with a similar type of formulation, in order to reduce the risk of undesirable interactions.
When cleaning the dispenser, it is important to proceed gently so as not to damage the spring and sealing elements. First we recommend mechanically removing product residues by rinsing with lukewarm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent. The dispenser can then be disinfected by flushing it with an alcohol-based disinfectant solution (for example, products listed in the Handymade range) and pressing the mechanism several times so that the solution reaches the internal parts. After disinfection, all parts must be allowed to dry freely at room temperature. Do not use high temperatures or boiling so as to prevent deformation of the plastic parts.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendations stated in the product parameters on the page. First empty the contents as thoroughly as possible and rinse the packaging so that no product residues remain. Then follow the recycling label – dispose of the plastic body and the dispenser in the appropriate container according to the material indicated. If the individual parts are made from different types of plastics, it is ideal to separate them before disposal (for example, unscrew the dispenser from the bottle) so that the sorting is as accurate as possible.
