Is this bottle suitable for thicker or thinner liquids?

The flip-top closure allows convenient dispensing especially for liquid and medium-viscosity preparations. For very thick creams and pastes, we recommend considering the use of another type of jar or a bottle with a pump so that dispensing is comfortable and precise. For your own recipes, it is always advisable to try a test filling and verify how the product dispenses from the packaging.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. This will prevent microbial spoilage of the product and undesirable influence on the scent, colour or stability of the new fill by residues of the previous formulation.

Is this plastic packaging suitable for exposure to high temperatures or sterilization by boiling?

The plastic material of this bottle is not intended for exposure to high temperatures or for sterilization by boiling or in a dishwasher. When in contact with excessive temperature, the packaging may deform, its mechanical stability may be weakened and the sealing of the closure may deteriorate. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol solution in a spray bottle and allowing the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

How should I correctly recycle this bottle if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material given in the parameter table for the product. Before placing it in sorted waste, rinse the bottle to remove product residues and separate the closure if it is made of a different kind of plastic. Then dispose of it in the appropriate plastics container according to local recycling rules so that the material can be processed again.
